Design

We provide more than dial tones, we advise on best practices to design a solution around your company, and will not force you into a solution. We’ll work with you to design the best plan that suits your budget and business needs.

Installation

Most companies will ship you the phones and expect you to set up the system. At Sonictel, we do it for you. Our team will come on-site and install your new phone equipment.

Training

We realize no system can be effective without good training. After installation and deployment, we will train you and your staff on the use of your new Cloud PBX services and features. We also have manuals and videos for continuing education.

FAQs

  • Typically we have your custom-designed and programmed phone system running in 7-14 business days.

  • Nope! Your new service is installed alongside your existing telephone system. This phased installation keeps you up and running during the process.

  • Porting is the process of moving your numbers from your existing carrier to the Sonictel platform for use on your new phone system.

  • We suggest waiting 48 hours after your port date before contacting the losing carrier to cancel the specific numbers that were ported.

  • Some services are better suited to an ethernet connection. For example, credit card processing machines can work over the internet saving you the cost of a phone line. Other services such as alarms use transmission protocols that do not work well with VoIP.

  • The preferred method of faxing is now electronic fax. However, we can support traditional fax through your current fax machine.

  • Yes of course! We prefer that you keep your existing extensions for continuity. If you have 2-digit extensions, we will add a '1' to them to make them 3-digits.

  • No. Porting is a "pull" process. Once we have all the paperwork, we handle all of the porting for you.
