We will review your telecom requirements, existing telephone equipment, and current telephone bill. You’ll receive a written recommendation based on your specific business needs and budget.
Included in your quote: Details of any new equipment you may need and how much money you’ll save by switching to Sonictel.
Review and Approve
Once you have approved the order, we’ll get started pre-configuring your service and prepare it for activation/installation. We will also begin the process of moving existing telephone numbers over to our network. This typically takes 7-10 business days.
Installation and Training
We’ll install your new service alongside your existing telephone system. This phased installation keeps you up and running during the process. We will also train your team. We realize no system can be effective without good training.
Go live!
Once the service installation is complete, you can cancel your previous telephone provider. At that point, you are fully connected with Sonictel.
