Once we have all the information we need from you, we can start ordering equipment and programming your system. We keep most items in stock but if we have to order equipment, it may take up to a week to be delivered.

We have all your information and can schedule a port date. This date will be confirmed within 2-4 days of submitting the port. We will set the port date and installation date to happen on the same day.

If you require installation, this will most likely be scheduled on the same day.

Our technicians will be on-site to configure your system for a smooth transition. Training can be done in person. If you’d like remote training, we can schedule that at another time.

During the first few weeks we will be in regular contact to make sure that everything is programmed to your specifications. Moving forward, we will reach out periodically to make sure you are happy with your service.
