View your call history in Sonictel Analytics. Sonictel tracks calls and maintains accurate call history even if you take calls inside the Microsoft Teams environment.
Works on any interface
Sonictel Teams integration is embedded directly into the Microsoft Teams UI. The integration works on all web browsers and devices, including tablets, iPhone, smartphones, and computers.
Keep your Sonictel Calling Features
You will not lose access to these key features: Call Hold, 3-way Calling, Call Transfer, Call Waiting, Call Transfer, Paging to overhead systems, Voicemail (using Microsoft’s or Sonictel's voicemail), use of Star Keys, and Extension Dialing (between Teams users non-Teams users).
Call Recording
Record calls and access call recordings in the Sonictel portal. When you enable call recording, Sonictel captures all phone calls even as you make them through the Teams app.
One Log-in
There’s no more switching between platforms when users need to make or take a call — everything they need is in one place with one easy login. Once the integration is set up MS Teams users will see the native Microsoft dial-pad under “Calling” and have access to all the calling features they’re accustomed to.

What is Sonictel Teams integration?
This VoIP integration is an embedded integration. It leverages the Sonictel cloud phone system to provide additional functionality within Microsoft Teams, providing access to phone features such as call recording, voicemail transcription, and call history.
Does the MS Teams integration work on all calls?
Whether you use Click to Call or your call history to place outbound calls, or take an inbound call directly or from a call center/contact center, Sonictel Teams integration will have the same functionality you would expect on any call.
What are the system requirements?
No software to download, and no browser plug-in to install.
Sonictel’s Teams integration is available as needed only for the users who require the integration. Phones such as common areas, door boxes, conference rooms, etc. do not require the expense of MS Teams integration, thus savings each month.
Sonictel Teams integration requires Microsoft Office 365 E1 license or higher.
Does Sonictel Teams integration work on all devices?
Yes, this integration will work on your browser, desktop app, and mobile Microsoft Teams app exactly the same way without any additional software.
Does the integration work with devices not using Microsoft Teams?
Yes, the integration works on devices such as; paging speakers, door boxes, conference room phones, common area phones, and more.
